Here are the general Magnolia Apartments policies. Check-in 14:00 – 00:00 hours

Check-out 08:00 – 11:00 hours   Children and extra beds – One child under 2 years of age is offered a bed. No extra charge.

– Children over 2 years of age or adults are charged per day per person when using existing beds. – Maximum number of infant crib in a room is 1.

– Pets are not allowed.

– Wi-Fi is available and is free of charge.

– The accommodation does not include meals.

– Private parking is for free within the accommodation area.

– Individually controlled A/C and heating is not charged.

DEPOSIT – PAYMENT

During communication with our hotel, you will be asked for a deposit of 25% of the total amount which will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable, so that your booking is valid.

All reservations are on “hold” until we receive your deposit for this booking.

NO reservation is considered “confirmed” unless we have received a deposit of the booking.

BALANCE OF PAYMENT

You will be asked to pay the remaining amount of the booking (full amount minus deposit) upon your arrival at the hotel. Payment can be made by cash.

CANCELLATION / MODIFICATION REQUEST / NO SHOW

Cancellation – No Show – If canceled up to 30 days before arrival, you will be charged 0% of the entire stay. – If canceled or modified later than that or if you don’t show up, you will be charged the amount of the deposit (25%).

OTHER CHARGES / TAXES

Prices include taxes. The client is charged the Special Accomodation Tax (0.5 Euro).
